To purchase a membership, you will need a credit card, or a check (USA only). Just fill in the information it asks for on the sign-up page, making sure the information is accurate. Your username & password will be verified in the e-mail, as well as the length of membership you have purchased (trial or monthly). If you do not receive the e-mail confirming your membership, you have either not successfully signed up, or you have provided us with the wrong e-mail address. If you have successfully bought a membership, an e-mail confirming your membership will be sent to the e-mail address you specified.

Where do I get a Username and Password
When you buy a membership, the sign-up form asks for a username & password. Any word, number, or combination between 4-8 characters in length is required. Make sure you pick something you can remember, but not something too obvious! If the sign-up form suggests a new username, it means someone else already has it. Either make up a new one, or use the one it suggests.

It won't accept my e-mail address!
It is important to make sure you entered your e-mail address properly. If we don't have your real e-mail address, we won't be able to contact you to confirm your membership, or notify you of changes & updates. The e-mail field of the sign-up form will tell you if you have entered an invalid e-mail address. If you have received an error message 'no (@) or (.) in your e-mail address' you have probably entered your e-mail address incorrectly: it must be something@something.something - example (smith@mailcompany.com). If it still won't allow you to enter your e-mail address, and you are sure it is in a valid format, try getting a free e-mail account from Hotmail.

  1. click 'instant access'
  2. enter a username  4-8 characters in length. Remember, it is CaSe-SeNsItIvE.
  3. enter a password  4-8 characters in length- Pick something different from your username, it is CaSe-SeNsItIvE.
  4. enter your e-mail address.
It is important to use your real valid e-mail address. If you don't have an e-mail address, or are not sure what your e-mail address is, go to http://www.hotmail.com and get a free e-mail account.

  -If you get the error message: username is already in use. It means another user has the username you chose.
Resolution: you're provided with an available username, or you can make up a new one.
  -if you get the error message: your e-mail address is invalid. Please enter your real e-mail address.
Resolution: Make sure it's in the proper format of you@something.something

Membership information page: Fill in and submit the following information

  1. Card Holder's First Name: enter your first name as it is on your credit card.
  2. Last Name: enter your last name as it is on your credit card.
  3. Billing Address: enter the street of the billing address on your credit card.
  4. City or Town: the name of the city on the billing address on your credit card.
  5. State/Province: use 'Outside U.S./Canada' if the billing address of the credit card is not in Canada or the US.
  6. Zip/Postal Code: enter the Zip Code or Postal Code in the billing address of your credit card.
  7. Country: enter the country in the billing address of your credit card.
  8. Select membership option.
  9. Credit Card#: Your entire credit card number.
  10. Expiration Date: The expiration date of your credit card.
  11. CVV 2: Last 3 digits on the back of your credit card.
